Booking made easy
Tell us your preferred travel dates, the safari or destinations you're interested in, and your group size. Use our contact form, email, or call us directly.
We'll put together a detailed quote based on your dates, group size, and any changes you'd like to a package — or build a fully tailor-made itinerary from scratch if that's what you're after.
A 50% deposit of the total safari price secures your booking and locks in accommodation and vehicle availability. The remaining balance is due before your departure date.
Settle the balance ahead of departure, send us your flight and arrival details, and we'll take it from there — airport pickup, guides, and every day of your itinerary arranged.
The reservation
A 50% deposit of the total safari price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before your safari departs — we'll confirm the exact cutoff date in your booking quotation.
For late bookings departing on short notice, full payment may be required at the time of booking rather than a deposit.
Modifications
We're happy to accommodate changes to your safari in the planning stage — different dates, an extra night, a change of camp, or an entirely different route. Once your safari has officially begun, the itinerary will generally follow the programme agreed before departure, though our team on the ground will always do what they can if circumstances change.
Payment
We accept payment by international bank transfer or PayPal. Bank transfer details and a secure PayPal payment link are both included with your booking quotation, so you can choose whichever is more convenient.
